Josh Crites is an affordable housing professional with years of experience both domestically and internationally. In Europe, Josh researched affordable housing programs in Germany, The Netherlands, Portugal, Estonia and Spain to name a few. He also assisted international housing and homeless organizations with research on setting up various project while he lived in Germany.
In the USA, Josh has worked for several housing authorities working on topics as far ranging as policy, process improvement and procedural improvement to project managing small to large agency initiatives. This blog was created to serve as a pulse to affordable housing professionals worldwide who are serving those who have the least. This is meant to be a place where affordable housing professionals can come to access information, policy and best practices.
